Since I last sat down, Rafael Nadal lost in five sets to Lukas Rosol and Roger Federer had to come from a two-set-to-love deficit to eek out a win over Julien Benneteau. Must be something about the roof.
Today is a big day for American tennis with Serena Williams, Andy Roddick, Mardy Fish, Sam Querrey, Brian Baker, and Vivara Lepchenko all in action. Serena needs to relax, Andy needs to grip and rip, Mardy and Sam need to fight harder than usual, Brian needs to hold his nerve, and Vivara needs to pray.
